MEET CATHERINE
Art and design have always been a big part of my life and in 2006, my career. My creativity blended easily with my knack for tech savviness, so website & graphic design was a perfect fit. This rewarding journey has allowed me to collaborate with amazing clients over the years, with each project offering unique experience.
On a personal level, I’m a wife, a mom to two kids and a golden retriever, an insatiable reader, a collector of old clocks and mountains of ephemera, a gardener, a coffee-lover, crochet & knitting aficionado, and of course an artist.
ABOUT AVALON ROSE DESIGN
Avalon Rose Design is a vintage-inspired creative graphic design studio specializing in commercial use graphics and design resources such as fonts, vintage botanical florals, patterns, textures, embellishments, illustrations, paintings and more. Semi-custom and custom logo design and branding suites are also available.
Avalon Rose Design became well know as a website design studio with a feminine and vintage design style. Designs by Avalon Rose Design can still be seen on hundreds of websites from around the globe, and print designs in several major publications such as Romantic Homes, Romantic Country, Somerset Studios Artful Blogging, and Victoria magazines.
Avalon Rose Design is owned and operated by Catherine Haugland out of her home office in northern Iowa. Catherine has been designing for over 18 years, and she authored featured articles for the Stampington & Co. Spring and Autumn 2010 and Spring 2013 Somerset Digital Studio magazine which featured her digital artwork. Her artwork has also been featured in the Spring 2017 edition of Somerset Digital Studio magazine.
